Job summary

Seaway Printing in De Pere, WI, is hiring a Heidelberg press operator. You’ll train on the job and learn to set up, make ready, and run Heidelberg presses in a climate-controlled, modern facility.

No printing background required; we are looking for dependable, curious individuals who take pride in getting things right. Shift is Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm–6:00 am with a $3/hr third shift differential, and benefits start at day 60.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Basic mechanical sense and willingness to troubleshoot.
• Basic computer skills for job entry and machine controls.
• A team-first attitude.
• Preferred, but not required: manufacturing or printing experience, 3+ months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and run your assigned press
• Run quality checks so every job meets customer standards
• Troubleshoot issues and handle minor mechanical maintenance
• Record production data accurately
• Help hit daily production goals (OEE and on-time delivery)
• Suggest improvements. We want to hear your ideas.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
