Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality experience within a health plan or similar setting.
• Experience supporting MAPD HEDIS reporting programs and NCQA audits.
• Knowledge of HEDIS technical specifications and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support annual HEDIS project planning, implementation, and execution.
• Coordinate data collection with departments, entities, and vendors.
• Perform medical record review and chart abstraction for HEDIS reporting.
• Interpret HEDIS specifications and assist stakeholders with requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• Assist with provider education and quality improvement initiatives.
