Job summary

Verda Healthcare, Inc is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support MAPD enrollment operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will review member data, process applications, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, and ensure CMS compliance. This onsite, full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare admin training preferred.
• At least 1 year of health plan experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review member demographic, eligibility, contract, plan benefit package and effective dates for accuracy.
• Update enrollment records in designated systems per procedures.
• Coordinate timely distribution of eligibility information to internal departments and vendors.
• Review and process Medicare enrollment and disenrollment applications for completeness.
• Track application status and follow up on pending transactions to support timely processing.
• Maintain organized records of enrollment activity and documentation.
• Ensure CMS regulations and plan policies are followed in enrollment tasks.
