Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN licensure required in Maryland
• 5+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years quality improvement experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Travel to physician offices locally up to 50% of time

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME for assigned HEDIS/State Measures and educates providers
• Coordinates and represents Health Plan at community events focused on quality improvement
• Identifies barriers to care and collaborates on local strategies to close gaps in care
• Monitors quality metrics and provider performance through data analysis and reporting
• Educates providers on documentation, coding and billing to drive quality improvement
