Job summary

Verition Fund Management LLC is hosting a 10-week Summer Internship Program pairing students with an investment team to work on real, high-impact projects. You'll collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts, and present your work to senior leaders at summer's end.

During the program, you will receive mentorship, attend speaker series, and participate in professional development and volunteering opportunities with your intern class.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD in finance, economics, or math.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, fast-paced, dynamic environment experience preferred.
• Interest in hedge funds and financial services; familiarity with ML/AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on an investment team to identify, evaluate, and deploy data-driven insights that enhance investment decisions and alpha generation.
• Contribute to strategic projects beyond day-to-day duties.
• Participate in a trading simulation with the intern class.
• Present work and ideas to senior leaders during the program.
