Job summary

Verition Fund Management LLC invites students to a 10-week Summer Internship Program, pairing you with an investment team where you will work on real, high-impact projects and gain a firm-wide view of how a global multi-strategy hedge fund operates.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts, contribute to cross-functional projects, and present your work to senior leaders by summer's end.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/MA/PhD in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, business or CS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication demonstrated.
• High curiosity, self-motivation, strong work ethic, detail-focused.
• Collaborative, team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in hedge funds and financial services; basic ML/AI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Work on an investment team to identify and deploy data-driven insights.
• Support strategic projects beyond day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in a trading simulation to build market knowledge.
• Present work and ideas to senior leaders during the program.
