JCW Group in New York is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join a small, collaborative team. The role reports to the CCO and focuses on monitoring trading to ensure regulatory compliance, preparing and submitting regulatory filings, and managing wall crossing procedures.

The ideal candidate has prior compliance experience in a regulated environment such as hedge funds or investment banks and is motivated to grow within the team.

Formación

• Experience in compliance at a similarly regulated firm (hedge fund, investment bank, or trading house).
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and filings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay current with evolving rules.

A leading hedge fund is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst. This is a newly created position due to growth and will report into the CCO. The team is small(4 people) and have a very collaborative. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar compliance role(ideally at a hedge fund, investment bank, trading firm, etc.) and will be highly motivated to grow.

Day-to-day you will:

• Monitor trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
• Handle the wall crossing process.
• Stay up to date regarding regulatory updates/requirements.
