This individual will manage client portfolios, drive business development, negotiate loan terms, and ensure documentation accuracy. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma/GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience in lending or credit, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is critical for supporting the bank's growth in both Israel and the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related lending and/or credit experience required.
• Ability to prospect new business and enhance existing relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of credit underwriting and loan documentation.
