Job summary

Western States Equipment is seeking a Heavy Rents Manager to lead the Heavy Rents business across the Western States region. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, fleet utilization, and a top-tier customer experience while coaching branch leaders and regional managers.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, monitoring KPIs, budgeting, and ensuring safety and operational excellence. You will partner with Fleet Management and Sales to grow market share and maintain

Qualifications

Five or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services, or a related industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel throughout the Western States territory as required.

Responsibilities

Lead overall performance and daily operations of the Heavy Rents business.
Develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and market share.
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
Partner with Fleet Management on acquisition, allocation, and disposition strategies.
Promote a safe work environment and uphold Western States' safety culture.
Collaborate with Regional Managers, Sales, and branch leadership to drive customer success.
