• Lead overall performance and daily operations of the Heavy Rents business.
• Develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and market share.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Partner with Fleet Management on acquisition, allocation, and disposition strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion safety culture and promote safe work environment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
