Job summary

Herc Rentals strives to lead in the equipment rental industry with a commitment to safety, service, and profitability at the branch level. We are looking for a Branch Manager who will drive revenue, optimize fleet utilization, and lead a high-performing team across the district.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, and continuously improve customer service and safety standards while developing employees and managing P&L.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relatable experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed business plan for the branch.
• Answer and resolve customer questions.
• Manage your team effectively and efficiently.
• Implementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Fleet Management.
• Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews.
• Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports.
• Support all team members.
• Conduct Branch Audits & Inventory reviews.
• Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards.
