Role Description

BedRock Siteworks is seeking a Heavy / Light Equipment Operator who is also willing to work hands-on with the crew in laboring roles as needed. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lancaster, PA or Spring Hill, TN.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy/light equipment
• Performing excavation, grading, and site preparation work
• Installing drainage systems and assisting with foundation prep
• Loading/unloading materials and moving supplies on‑site
• Performing physical labor alongside the crew when equipment operation is not required
• Following safety standards and company procedures

This is a team‑oriented role. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes direction well, and is willing to step in wherever needed to ensure the job gets done right.

CDL Requirement:
