Responsibilities

• Operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy/light equipment.
• Performing excavation, grading, and site preparation work.
• Installing drainage systems and assisting with foundation prep.
• Loading/unloading materials and moving supplies on-site.
• Performing physical labor alongside the crew when equipment operation is not required.
• Following safety standards and company procedures.
