LARLHAM LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION CO I is seeking a Heavy Machine/Equipment Operator to join the team. Operate and maintain heavy machinery, follow safety guidelines, and complete projects on time with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds the necessary license to operate heavy machinery, with CDL A preferred, and values safety and accuracy in every task. This role requires collaboration with the crew to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Must hold the proper license to operate heavy machinery in the state.
• CDL A License is preferable.
• Previous construction or heavy equipment experience desired.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of large, heavy machinery safely, such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and more
• Maintain all equipment used, including cleaning and regular maintenance
• Follow best digging practices for all projects
• Work closely with the rest of the team on each project to ensure success
