Confidential Employer in Kentucky seeks an experienced field crew member for heavy rigging, lifting, transportation, and industrial project work. You’ll gain hands-on experience with equipment and techniques that support growth into foreman and field leadership roles.

This remote field-based role requires travel about 75% to project sites across Kentucky and neighboring states. Expect outdoor, safety‑oriented work on diverse projects with teams that value precision, teamwork, and practical

Qualifications

• 1+ years of rigging, heavy rigging, crane operations, construction, heavy trucking, industrial construction, or similar hands-on experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75%.
• Ability to speak and read fluent English to complete required safety training.
• Ability to work safely in industrial and safety-sensitive environments.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and perform physically demanding field work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must be able to satisfy applicable background, drug, alcohol, and job-site access requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform heavy rigging, lifting, transportation, and industrial project activities as part of an experienced field crew.
• Attach and secure loads to rigging equipment for safe lifting, positioning, and transport.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment as qualified and assigned.
• Signal and communicate with equipment operators and crew members during hoisting and load movement operations.
• Inspect rigging equipment and tools to confirm they are safe and ready for use.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic equipment, and precision measuring tools.
• Support loading, unloading, and general project-site activities.
• Follow established rigging procedures, safety requirements, and crew instructions.
• Perform physically demanding work including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
• Travel extensively to industrial project sites throughout Kentucky, surrounding states, and other locations as projects require.
