Job summary

The candidate will supervise subcontractors, ensure drawings are current, and prepare reports and correspondence for project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with three (3) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing conformance.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Take progress photographs and label them.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions.
• Provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with client approval.
• Communicate clearly with project management and clients.
