Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for construction projects, including reviewing plans/specifications, preparing schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Assist with project management activities: budgeting, resource management, and monitoring progress.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards; manage change requests and approvals.
• Communicate progress and issues to clients and project teams; participate in meetings and coordinate with team to meet timelines.
• Assist in development and implementation of project plans and schedules to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks to mitigate or avoid them.
