You will gain exposure to heavy highway construction, participate in safety and quality activities, and receive mentorship to develop toward a Project Engineer role as you progress and demonstrate capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of construction-related experience.
• Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers and field leadership with day-to-day project activities.
• Gain understanding of heavy highway construction means and methods.
• Observe and track project progress, production quantities, and field productivity.
• Participate in daily planning meetings and project coordination efforts.
• Support jobsite logistics and communication between field and office teams.
