Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer to support field operations on heavy highway construction projects. You will work alongside Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers to assist with coordination, documentation, tracking, and field activities.

Ideal candidates are early-career professionals pursuing a long-term career path in construction, with strong communication and organizational skills and a willingness to work in a field-based environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of construction-related experience.
• Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Assist Project Engineers and field leadership with day-to-day project activities.
• Assist with daily reports and project documentation.
• Participate in field inspections and quality control activities.
• Progress toward a Project Engineer role through hands-on experience.
