Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and documents to define scope, timelines, and execution requirements.
• Monitor costs and progress, identify variances, support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project records and audit-ready files.
• Manage RFIs and submittals, facilitate field-office communication between teams.
• Develop and distribute detailed project schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate permits and administrative requirements to keep projects moving.
