Job summary

Southway Crane & Rigging in Macon, GA is seeking experienced full-time Heavy Haul Truck Driver to support our branch. You will load and unload cargo, drive long distances, and keep logs up to date while following safety and traffic laws.

Requirements include a current Class A CDL, 3 years of experience, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and on-site skills verification. We offer a competitive salary plus health benefits, paid vacation, per diem, and overtime.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience.
• Must pass background check and drug test; on-site skills verification before hire.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo.
• Record amount and type of cargo delivered.
• Take orders for new deliveries and drive long distances.
• Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows.
• Report incidents to dispatcher.
• Monitor road conditions and traffic.
