Short Job Description

The ideal Heavy Haul Driver is responsible for transporting our fleet of heavy earthmoving and pipeline equipment to and from customer job sites, as well as inter-branch transportation of equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Load and unload equipment onto trailers for transport.
2. Maintain and operate WRS trucks and low-boy trailers properly.
3. Assist with maintaining DOT/IFTA records, including driver logs.
4. Perform light repairs on machines in the field, such as jump starting, replacing batteries, fuel filters, and repairing small air leaks.
5. Order applicable transport permits.

Requirements

1. Current CDL License, medical card, experience with driver logs, and electronic logs.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a heavy haul truck driver.
