J Pettiecord Inc is looking to hire a professional, competent Lowboy Driver who is able to perform the duties required of a driver to move and operate heavy equipment. We are looking for a dependable, self-starting driver who will work well with the entire team.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading equipment from a lowboy trailer
• Ensure equipment is properly loaded and secured
• Delivering loads from job site to job site
• Daily ensure truck is in proper working order, i.e. tire pressure, fluids, general “walk-around” of the truck
• Ensure that all Company, state, and federal regulations are adhered to at all times
• Ensure all interactions with customers and co-workers alike are professional and courteous
• Participate actively in the company safety program

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of Heavy Haul/Lowboy truck driving experience.
• Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• The ability to adequately operate equipment to safely load and unload lowboy trailer.
• Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs., and safely climb onto heavy

equipment and trailer for loading and unloading.

• Must be able to secure loads per USDOT requirements using chains and

binders.

• A great attitude
• Self-starter with the ability to come up with solutions
