Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Transportation Operations Project Manager - Heavy Haul for customer on-site leadership. You will define roadmaps, manage delivery, and align teams across carriers and suppliers to meet ESC program goals.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain and heavy haulage, strong stakeholder management, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel and on-site collaboration will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, heavy haulage, sea freight and large scale air freight projects.
• 3+ years in operations or project management.
• 3+ years owning stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale construction methodologies and planning.
• Experience with data center infrastructure shipments and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service, understanding needs and goals.
• Identify and address issues impacting customer satisfaction and experience.
• Serve as main contact for customer queries regarding ESC.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead project calls and drive progress, risk review and decisions.
• Monitor milestones and coordinate with vendors and forwarders for on-time delivery.
