• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and basic Excel or spreadsheet tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch loads for flatbed, stepdeck, and specialized trailers.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers and shippers to maximize truck revenue.
• Coordinate oversize and overweight shipments, including permits and routing.
