Job summary

Resolute Performance Iron is seeking a highly motivated Heavy Forklift Operator to assist our shop team in meeting production goals at our Phoenix, AZ location. The role involves handling large steel members, staging material for surface prep and coatings, and building loads of finished structural steel, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should have experience operating a 30k straight-mast forklift, preferably in a structural steel fabrication shop, and display strong

The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Heavy Forklift Operator to assist with meeting our production goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Handling large and heavy steel members
• Staging material for surface preparation and coatings
• Building loads of finished structural steel
• Unloading and re-loading trucks
• Maintaining forklifts
• Following all safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
