Job summary

CRH is seeking a maintenance technician in APAC Mississippi to maintain and repair heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems. The role requires adherence to safety policies, operating procedures, and willingness to travel or work overtime as needed.

You will work in a team environment with supervision, document time and parts, inspect equipment, and assist with assembly/disassembly. A CDL and a suitable certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Extensive experience in truck and heavy equipment maintenance and repair, including diesels, hydraulic systems and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze malfunctions and repairs, rebuild and maintain equipment including heavy construction equipment.
• Operate and inspect machines and equipment to diagnose defects.
• Test overhauled equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
• Weld broken parts and structural members.
• Plan work procedures and/or possible solutions.
