Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-4 year vocational technical school training or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and related equipment safely.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours and perform paperwork.
• CAT dealership experience or familiarity with CAT products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot engines, powertrains, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Work with CAT diagnostic equipment, tools, rigging and blocking gear.
• Plan and organize to control job costs.
• Investigate problems and provide recommendations for elimination.
• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment end-to-end.
