Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Heavy Equipment Technicians to service and repair agricultural and turf equipment across our Illinois locations.

Road and Shop Technicians will perform diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance on customer and dealer-owned machines, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. We offer $20-$40/hr based on level, a $1,250 tool allowance, uniform allowance, PTO from day one, overtime, a company vehicle for road work, a fuel card, and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
