Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Heavy Equipment Technicians and Road/Shop Technicians for agricultural equipment. The role involves diagnosing, servicing and maintaining large farm machinery, with a focus on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Overtime is available and a company vehicle may be provided for road calls.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, plus a $1,250 annual tool allowance and uniform allowance. PTO accrues immediately, and fuel cards are provided to road technicians.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
