Job summary

Hutson Inc. is hiring Heavy Equipment Technicians, including Road and Shop Technicians for agricultural equipment. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $40, plus a $1,250 tool allowance annually, uniform allowance, and overtime opportunities.

Road Technicians are provided with a company vehicle and a fuel card, with PTO accrued immediately. Hutson Inc. has deep roots in the heartland since 1928, demonstrating a strong culture of putting customers first and solving problems

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
