Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented with the drive to work without direct supervision.
• Completion of a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all makes/models of heavy equipment in the shop.
• Perform engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical repairs to restore uptime.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment.
• Work with a team of skilled mechanics to deliver top-quality service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
