Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of heavy equipment.
• Team-oriented personality with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
• Must provide own tools and complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all makes/models of construction and forestry equipment in the shop to ensure uptime.
• Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and air systems; assist with pre-delivery setup on John Deere equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of mechanics in a well-equipped shop to deliver high-quality workmanship.
