Job summary

National Equipment Dealers, LLC seeks a detail‑oriented Heavy Equipment Service Writer to support operations in Macon, GA. You will draft repair descriptions, manage invoicing, and maintain electronic equipment files in a fast‑paced office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior Heavy Equipment Service Writer or related automotive service writer experience is preferred.
• Ideal candidate will perform general office administrative duties including scanning documents, database work, email correspondence, invoicing and customer service.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and enter repair descriptions with Operations & Service Managers.
• Invoicing and maintaining historical files on equipment electronically.
• Organize, multitask, fax, scan and meet deadlines.
