Job summary

The Rental Technician I at Warren Cat is responsible for delivering high-quality repair service on equipment to respond to customer needs promptly and safely. You will complete tasks per ERLG, maintain paperwork accuracy, and follow contamination control rules while working with CAT systems.

Ideal candidates have basic gas/diesel engine knowledge, hands-on tool proficiency, and the ability to provide accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• CAT product line knowledge of natural gas engines, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of gas/diesel engines and EPG systems.
• Proficient use of hand tools, diagnostic software and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs within ERLG without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Follow safety policies, complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform parts handling, disassembly/assembly, inspection, and quotes.
