Recruiting Solutions is seeking Heavy Equipment Production Operators for a concrete manufacturer in Spartanburg, SC!

This is a 1st shift position, a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with a starting pay of $18.97 per hour. Join a winning team that offers full benefits, 401k matching, and advancement opportunities once hired on.

Production Operator Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production of concrete products from subassemblies and raw materials
• Perform form cleaning, reinforcing set-up, form set-up, concrete pouring & finishing, and work area clean-up
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor
• Follow defined work plans and details
• Clean forms with tools to remove concrete buildup prior to next pour

Requirements:

• Open to working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, standing, and climbing ladders
• Work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude
