Job summary

Benson Contracting Co. in Lumberton, NC seeks Heavy Equipment Operators to perform fine and rough grading, pipe laying, and erosion control using various machinery. Transportation is provided from our office in Lumberton, NC to project site locations.

Operators must pass drug screening and E-Verify. Experience with excavator, dozer, loader, rollers, off-road trucks and motor grader is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment including excavator and dozer.
• Experience with grading and pipe laying.
• Knowledge of erosion control practices.
• Ability to pass drug screening and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator, dozer, front end loader, rollers, off-road trucks and motor grader as required.
• Perform fine and rough grading and pipe placement to project specs.
