You will prepare land, install utilities, and ensure site safety while keeping equipment in top condition. The role requires legal US work authorization, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license; CDL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• You don't need a college degree; a winning attitude and quick learning are valued.
• You stay scrappy, get it done, and help the team succeed.
• You treat the rig with care to keep it safe and performing.
• You have run and maintained excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers, or graders.
• You are legally authorized to work in the US and speak English; a valid driver's license.
• CDL or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (CAT and CASE Ag) to move earth and shape job sites.
• Prepare raw land for housing, commercial developments, and infrastructure.
• Install water, sewer, and drainage systems for subdivisions.
• Maintain safety and machine care on active sites.
• Assist mechanics and welders with repairs when needed.
