Schedule
Long days/nights, including some weekends and overnights based on projects and weather.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate heavy highway construction equipment
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
• Haul equipment to job sites
• Assist with tools, labor, and site cleanup
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings

What You Bring

• Valid Class A or B CDL with insurable record
• 3+ months of equipment operating experience
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Physical Demands

• Work in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Climb, stand, walk, and operate equipment for 10+ hours
• Work around active traffic and heavy equipment
