The role requires 3+ years of heavy civil excavation experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy civil excavation experience.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanor with customers and team.
• Able to follow tasks to completion and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates construction equipment in loading, hauling and unloading of various equipment, materials and supplies.
• Operates jackhammers, mowers, brush chippers and other small equipment and tools.
• Works with and assists the crew in digging ditches and trenches, hoisting material and tools.
• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to the supervisor; cleans equipment.
• Assists in installing and maintaining traffic control devices.
• Plows snow, salts roads and walkways according to policy.
• Performs all duties in conformance to safety and security standards.
