Responsibilities include operating equipment, assisting with digging and trench work, and performing maintenance. Must have 3+ years in heavy civil excavation, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle for site access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil excavation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow a task to completion.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment for loading, hauling, and unloading materials.
• Assist crew in digging ditches and trenches, hoisting material and tools.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment; report defects.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices.
• Plow snow and apply road salt per company policy.
• Adhere to safety standards and perform other tasks as required.
