Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operating experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of equipment to complete tasks such as clearing land, trimming backfill, and moving materials like dirt, rocks and aggregates.
• Know and follow loading/unloading procedures for materials.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete required paperwork.
• Handle vibration, jolts, and loud noise typical of equipment operation.
• May perform other related duties as required.
