Job summary

Reeves Young is hiring for a heavy equipment operator to safely operate and maintain a range of earth-moving machines. You will dig holes, trench, lift and move earth, and transport materials across job sites while adhering to safety standards.

You will perform daily checks, assist with equipment upkeep, and coordinate activities with foremen and teammates in outdoor conditions. Training and certifications support ongoing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Capable of working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as water trucks, excavators, dozers, graders, and other machines.
• Transport materials to job sites and perform street maintenance and excavation work.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate work with foremen and other crew members while following safety procedures.
