Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in waste/industrial environments.
• Strong safety mindset, daily inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to communicate with teammates and leadership effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate loaders, excavators, skid steers, forklifts and related equipment.
• Move, load, transport, and organize waste and recyclables efficiently.
• Perform pre/post-shift inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to OSHA/environmental standards.
• Coordinate with spotters and supervisors for safe equipment movement.
