• Two years of prior related experience in heavy equipment operation.
• One year of prior experience working at sites regulated by OSHA.
• Good customer service and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure safety and equipment readiness.
• Operate equipment (forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader) to move waste and soil safely.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and keep shop clean and organized.
• Document minor service needs and notify maintenance for repairs.
• Complete Equipment Condition Reports and other required records.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
