Job summary

JKL Associates Inc., a division of PUSH Inc., is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for utility construction in Oilmont, MT. You will safely operate backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow and other equipment and assist with labor tasks while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires field experience around utilities, ability to read prints and schematics, and the willingness to train and mentor teammates in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Valid CDL preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Field experience with digging operations around utilities.
• Experience operating utility construction equipment including backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
• Knowledge of prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely to install utilities.
• Assist with labor duties as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Train and mentor other team members.
