Job summary

Qualifications
- Field experience with digging operations around utilities in rural and urban areas.
- Ability to read prints and schematics for layout and installation.
- Experience training and mentoring other operators on equipment and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
- Perform daily maintenance on construction equipment and report issues.
- Assist with labor duties including setting up equipment and conduit/duct/cable placement.
- Travel to job sites as required and coordinate with crew for project needs.
