Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow and related gear on fiber, copper, coaxial and power cable installations.

You will work in rural and urban sites, read prints and schematics, assist with labor tasks, mentor teammates, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards. The role requires field experience, valid CDL preferred, willingness to travel, and a commitment to teamwork within a premier telecom

Qualifications

• Field experience operating digging operations around utilities.
• Experience with utility construction equipment including backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe.
• Knowledge of reading prints and schematics relevant to underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe safely.
• Perform digging around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Provide training and assistance to coworkers learning to operate equipment.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine labor tasks as required.
• Assist with all job aspects including basic labor and material placement.
