Job summary

Push Inc is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment used to install fiber, copper, coaxial cables, and power lines. The role requires field experience with digging near utilities and the ability to train teammates in operating backhoes, excavators, and plows.

Candidates should be able to read prints/schematics, perform routine labor tasks, and travel as needed. CDL preferred; strong safety performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics for project layouts.
• Ability to train and mentor other team members to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely to install fiber, copper, coaxial, and power cables.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine labor as needed (potholing, conduit/duct placement, pedestals).
• Assist with dig operations around utilities and train others on equipment operation.
