Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate backhoes, excavators, and cable plows for telecom infrastructure projects. This role involves field digging around utilities, equipment maintenance, and occasional basic labor duties.

Ideal candidates have experience reading prints/schematics and can mentor less experienced teammates while traveling to job sites as required.

Qualifications

• Field experience digging around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to operate utility construction equipment including backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe.
• Knowledge of reading prints and schematics; willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to install telecom and power facilities.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic labor tasks as needed.
• Assist with dig operations around existing utilities and set up pedestals.
• Provide training to co-workers learning to operate equipment.
